Most of us have done it at some point–telling that small white lie .

While it may be difficult at first, what happens next time you consider doing it may actually be your brain preparing you for your next attempt at it.

And it appears that doing so leads to changes in blood flow to a specific area of the brain which makes it easier to tell the next lie.
