VALLEY FORGE, Pa.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--AmerisourceBergen Corporation (NYSE: ABC) today announced that it has completed the previously announced acquisition of TheraCom, LLC, a subsidiary of CVS Caremark Corporation (NYSE: CVS). TheraCom provides a wide range of support to pharmaceutical and biotechnology drug manufacturers including reimbursement and patient support programs, and will become part of the AmerisourceBergen Consulting Services business unit. The purchase price of $250 million is subject to a working capital adjustment.
