KINDERHOOK, N.Y.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--American Bio Medica Corporation (ABMC.PK) today announced financial results for the fourth quarter and the year ended December 31, 2010. Net sales for the fourth quarter of 2010 were $2,340,000, an increase of $177,000, or 8.2%, from net sales of $2,163,000 reported in the fourth quarter of 2009. Operating loss for the fourth quarter of 2010 was $290,000 compared to an operating loss of $114,000 reported in the fourth quarter of 2009. Net loss for the fourth quarter of 2010 was $342,000, or $0.02 per share, compared to a net loss of $189,000, or $0.01 per share, for the fourth quarter of 2009.
