Sept 28 (Reuters) - Eye-care company Alcon Inc (ACL.N: Quote, Profile, Research) said it has gained control of 76.9 percent of outstanding WaveLight AG (WLTG.DE: Quote, Profile, Research) shares.
The company also said it had received antitrust approvals from authorities in Germany and Austria.
