Airlines May Have to Pay Passengers for Delays, Under Strict EU Rules

Wall Street Journal -- Air passengers may be able to claim millions of pounds in compensation for canceled flights after a settlement between British Airways and a group of complainants, U.K. newspaper The Times reported Thursday.
