Austin Business Journal -- Air charter service King Airways has begun service in Austin. Founded by Austin-based entrepreneur, Richard King, King Airways will operate locally out of Atlantic Aviation, a fixed base operator at Austin Bergstrom International Airport. It will have a home base at the Alpine Airport in West Texas.
