3M Co. completed its buy of a Swiss company that makes filtration products for the pharmaceutical and biotech markets. Maplewood-based manufacturer 3M paid an disclosed amount for Ligacon in a move to expand its filtration offerings and better serve customers in Switzerland and other areas.
