3D Systems Corp. of Rock Hill has acquired Paramount Industries, a manufacturer and supplier to the aerospace and medical device industries, GSA Business reports. Terms of the transaction were not released.
Paramount provides product design and engineering, prototyping, tooling and direct manufacturing of custom parts.
