First Quarter 2006 Results
The Company will release 2006 first quarter financial results before the open of the market on Thursday, April 27, 2006 and will host a conference call that morning at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Daylight Savings Time. A live web cast will be available along with an online archive of the broadcast that will be available within two hours of the live call and will remain on the Company's website until the next quarterly conference call. Annual Meeting
The Company will web cast its annual meeting of shareholders on Tuesday, May 2, 2006, at 9:30 a.m. Eastern Daylight Savings Time. An online archive of the broadcast will be available within two hours of the meeting and will remain available until May 16, 2006.

Donald E.
