Thermage, Inc. Introduces Innovative Online Practice Marketing Program To Customers

ORLANDO, Fla., April 21 /PRNewswire/ -- In a revolutionary step to solidify their partnership with customers, Thermage(R) is introducing Thermage PatientBuilder.com (www.thermage.com/patientbuilder), a first in category on-line marketing resource. This new tool will allow Thermage customers to effectively reach existing and new patients, expanding their practices and leveraging their marketing dollars. Thermage is featuring demonstrations at the American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (ASAPS) annual meeting in Orlando (booth #926), April 20-26, 2006.

“Some of the biggest challenges facing physicians marketing their practices are having the expertise, resources and time to develop and execute effective marketing campaigns,” said Sherree Lucas, Vice President of Marketing. “We are launching Thermage PatientBuilder.com to provide a turn-key solution for our customers that provides customizable advertising agency quality materials at the push of a button. The materials, including recently launched Body by Thermage(TM) and Eyes by Thermage(TM) marketing campaigns, have been developed based on extensive consumer research that Thermage has conducted over the past 12-14 months.”

“I can’t believe we have such a powerful marketing tool at our disposal to launch massive advertising campaigns with a touch of the keyboard,” said Virginia Stevens, M.D. “I am confident that this will allow me to maximize my marketing dollars.”

In addition to Thermage PatientBuilder.com, the company is currently running a global consumer marketing campaign, including direct-to-consumer advertising and public relations, to increase awareness and drive patients to our physicians.

In January 2006, the company unveiled Body by Thermage(TM), a new brand that reflects the company’s direction and encompasses a full suite of procedures, such as face, eyes, arms, abdomen, buttocks, legs and hands. Thermage PatientBuilder.com has been developed to support the promotion of the new brand.

Moreover, the company is hosting clinician presentations on expanded uses of the Thermage technology and a series of educational forums, webinars and workshops. At ASAPS, Thermage is hosting the second in a series of four educational symposiums on Body by Thermage, where physicians will present and discuss off-face Thermage procedures. The meeting will be held on April 22, 2006 from 6:15 to 8:30 p.m. at the Coronado Springs Resort, Orlando, FL. Speakers include Dennis C. Hammond, M.D.; Charles E. Hughes, III, M.D. F.A.C.S; Ivor Lim, M.D.; Massimo Signorini, M.D.; and Heidi Williams, M.D. The panel will be moderated by R. James Koch, M.D.
