The Day In Review: Biotech Down While Market Climbs

The biotech stocks that made significant advances today include Aastrom, StemCells and Geron, the stem-cell triumvirate, which did well after a NY Times article, Avanir and Alexion, which announced advances in clinical trials, and Cruxell, whose work with cell-based vaccines gained the company entry into an international task force.
