PHOENIX (EGMN) – Emergency departments are good at treating headaches, but headaches often come back after discharge. When that happens, 500 mg naproxen is as good as 100 mg sumatriptan at relieving the pain, according to a randomized clinical trial presented at the Society for Academic Emergency Medicine’s annual meeting.
