CALGARY, March 27 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ - Stem Cell Therapeutics Corp. (“SCT”) announced today the resignation of Mr. Donald McCaffrey, President and CEO of Resverlogix Corp., from its Board of Directors.
Mr. Donald McCaffrey, who has been a director since November 2004, is resigning from SCT’s Board of Directors for personal reasons. “Don’s input and participation in the development of SCT was greatly appreciated and he will be missed. We thank him and wish him the best,” said Dr. Joseph Tucker, President and CEO of SCT.
