Travel Agent Central -- The St. Kitts Tourism Authority announced on Thursday the appointment of Jacinth Henry-Martin to serve as manager of U.S. Operations, working out of the Authority’s New York office. She will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day functions of the organization’s offices in New York and Washington, D.C.
