St. Francis Medical Technologies, Inc. Device Maker Files For $86.25 Million IPO

WASHINGTON, Nov 22 (Reuters) - St. Francis Medical Technologies Inc., a medical device maker, said on Wednesday it is seeking an initial public offering of as much as $86.25 million in common shares.
