SAN DIEGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 5, 2006--SkinMedica, Inc. announced today that Theodore Ebel has joined the Company as Vice President, Corporate Development. In this position Mr. Ebel will be responsible for strategic planning and business development activities for the Company. He will be actively seeking the acquisition of marketed and development-stage dermatology products. He will also lead the partnering activities to acquire or license patented topical drug delivery technologies to support SkinMedica's ongoing initiatives to develop and market innovative products for the treatment of dermatological conditions.
