Sanofi-Aventis (France) Wins Canada Patent Case with Apotex Inc.

OTTAWA, Nov 6 (Reuters) - The Supreme Court of Canada on Thursday rejected a request from generic drug makers to prevent brand-name pharmaceutical companies from extending patents on components of previously patented medicines.
