Restaurant Chain’s Profits Dip

Business World -- LISTED CASUAL dining chain Pancake House, Inc.’s profits declined by over a fifth in the first quarter due to lower sales and a rise in interest payments in connection with the acquisition of a French-themed restaurant last year.
