Ramesh Chopra Opens First Down Sports Bar & Grill in Ballston

Washington Business Journal -- Ramesh Chopra and his family, which has been in the local restaurant business for 15 years, have opened a new sports bar in Ballston and plan to open one twice as big in Manassas next year.
