UNION CITY, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Questcor Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (AMEX:QSC) announced today that Stephen C. Farrell, 43, was appointed to its Board of Directors at a meeting of the board on November 12. Mr. Farrell’s appointment brings the total number of board members to six. Mr. Farrell will serve as Chairman of the Audit Committee of Questcor’s board.
