UNION CITY, Calif., July 1, 2008 (PRIME NEWSWIRE) -- Questcor Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (Nasdaq:QCOR) today provided preliminary financial results for its second quarter ended June 30, 2008. The Company shipped 1,560 vials of its principal product H.P. Acthar(r) Gel to its specialty distributor during the second quarter of 2008. As a result, the Company currently estimates that net sales for the second quarter will be in the range of $23 million to $24 million and earnings per fully diluted share will be in the range of $0.09 to $0.11.
