WALLINGFORD — Quest Diagnostics has listed its Sterling Drive building for sale as the company continues its consolidation plans.
The 96,782-square-foot building, at 3 Sterling Drive, was listed for sale at the end of March for $4 million. CBRE, which has a location in Hartford, is serving as the agent for the property.
