(Amex: PRW), a company “Advancing Drugs Through Glycoscience®”, today reported its third quarter and nine months financial results, ended September 30, 2007. For the third quarter of 2007, the Company reported a net loss of $2,586,000, or $(0.06) per share, basic and fully diluted, compared with net income of $5,671,000, or $0.20 per share basic and $0.18 per share fully diluted, for the same period in 2006. Approximately $1,211,000 of the third quarter 2007 results were non-cash expenses relating to the change in the fair value accounting of the convertible debentures and warrant liabilities compared with $8,084,000 in the third quarter of 2006.
