James Klingelhoefer to lead and manage the company’s revenue growth initiatives
Peli BioThermal, the global name in temperature controlled packaging, announces that James Klingelhoefer has joined the company as director of sales, Americas. In his role, Klingelhoefer is responsible for leading and managing the U.S.-based sales team that will pursue revenue growth opportunities in both North and South America.
Klingelhoefer comes to Peli BioThermal with more than 12 years of experience in various leadership, sales and customer support roles at both FedEx and World Courier. His most recent position was North American Sales Director for World Courier, where he was responsible for revenue generation and retention and led a team of regional sales directors.
“James brings the experience and energy we need to continue driving aggressive growth targets and ensuring we maintain our customer-centric approach,” said Kevin Lawler, vice president of worldwide sales at Peli BioThermal. “He will focus on growing our sales in the Americas, both direct and through distribution. He makes a great addition to the team and will allow me to focus on customer strategy for cold chain distribution worldwide.”
Klingelhoefer received his Bachelor of Science degree in aviation administration, air cargo management from Farmingdale State University in New York. He also has a Master’s of Science degree in logistics management from the Florida Institute of Technology.
