Dayton Business Journal -- P.F. Chang’s China Bistro is trying to take a little of the sting out of Tax Day. The Scottsdale, Ariz.-based chain of Chinese restaurants is inviting guests nationwide to enjoy a 15 percent discount April 15 in honor of the income tax filing deadline.
