Chairs of the summit are Stephen C. Malamud, M.D., associate professor of medicine, hematology and medical oncology, the Tisch Cancer Institute at Mount Sinai, and Kevin Kalinsky, M.D., M.S., assistant professor of medicine, division of hematology and oncology, NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital/Columbia University Irving Medical Center.

This interactive and educational meeting will discuss novel treatments for patients with breast cancer. Expert presenters from the Tisch Cancer Institute at Mount Sinai and NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital/Columbia University Irving Medical Center will delve into informative topics facing breast cancer specialists, oncologists, nurses and other medical professionals, such as management of HR-positive/HER2-negative early-stage disease and escalation versus de-escalation, updates in metastatic HR-positive/HER2-negative disease, HR-positive case discussions, monitoring response with blood markers in patients with metastatic breast cancer, locally advanced HER2-positive breast cancer, and novel approaches for metastatic triple-negative breast cancer. The presenters will also engage in a peer exchange discussion and address audience questions.
