COVINGTON, Ky.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--The Board of Directors of Omnicare, Inc. (NYSE:OCR), a leading provider of pharmaceutical care for the elderly, declared today a quarterly cash dividend of 2.25 cents per share on its common stock. The dividend is payable September 15, 2008 to stockholders of record on September 1, 2008.
