Octagon Research Solutions, Inc. Senior Management Tapped for Leadership Roles in Prominent Industry Organizations

At the Clinical Data Interchange Standards Consortium (CDISC) Interchange (November 1-5) in Baltimore, MD, David Evans, chief information officer, Octagon Research Solutions, Inc. was appointed as Chair to the CDISC Advisory Board.

Mr. Evans’ term begins in January 2011and lasts one year. In this role, he will sit on the CDISC Board of Directors as a non-voting member.

The CDISC Advisory Board is comprised of one representative from each CDISC Organizational Sponsor or Benefactor.

On October 5, 2010 at The Organization for Professionals in Regulatory Affairs (TOPRA) Annual Symposium in London, UK, TOPRA announced the recently elected Board of Directors. Monique Garrett, vice president, global marketing, Octagon Research Solutions, Inc. was nominated and elected unopposed to the position of North America Representative on the Board of Directors.

In this capacity, Ms. Garrett will represent North American membership while contributing toward the stated goals of the TOPRA organization. Ms. Garrett’s term was effective October 5th and will last for two years.

TOPRA is the global organization for Regulatory Affairs professionals and for those who have an interest in Regulatory Affairs in the healthcare sector.
