Biotech companies may be making headlines with huge deals, large funding rounds and public offerings, but there’s a segment of the life sciences industry in the Puget Sound region that struggles to raise early-stage funding.
Medical device companies continually garner less interest than biotechs, and that was a much talked-about issue at the Life Science Innovation Northwest 2015 conference in Seattle on Tuesday.
