Business Wire -- Mimis Cafe, the all day fresh cafe, will celebrate the reopening of its Fountain Valley location on Friday, May 15 by giving out $3,000 worth of gift cards during an official ribbon cutting ceremony. The “Meet Me at Mimis” special event begins at 9 a.m. with a ribbon cutting including local dignitaries from the Fountain Valley Chamber of Commerce. Gift cards ranging from $25 to $100 will be awarded to the first 75, 18-year and older guests in line.
