Prodesse announced today that ViroMed Laboratories, Inc., a subsidiary of Laboratory Corporation of America® (LabCorp®), has completed validation of an assay they developed that incorporates Prodesse’s reagents. These reagents were used to develop a real time PCR assay which, from a single sample, can detect and differentiate three of the most important analytes (or respiratory viruses) – Influenza A virus, Influenza B virus and RSV.
