Pacific Business News (Honolulu) -- Japan Airlines has canceled its fuel surcharge on international flights. The JAL Group announced Friday it has requested approval from the Japanese government to remove the fuel surcharge on all international flights for tickets issued between July 1 and Sept. 30.
