SAN DIEGO, CA--(Marketwired - February 19, 2014) - Ivera Medical, developer of the Curos Port Protector® disinfecting cap, announced the recent allowance by the United States Patent and Trademark Office of a significant patent regarding these products. Ivera Medical has the exclusive license for this patent, Publication number 2007/0112333. Additional information regarding the license agreement can be found in the Ivera press release dated August 28, 2008, “BD (Becton, Dickinson and Company) Licenses Intellectual Property to Ivera Medical Corporation.”
