Lipps to the Board as an independent director. Mr. Lipps is Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Omnicell, Inc. (NASDAQ: OMCL), a leading provider of systems that enable healthcare facilities to increase operational efficiency, enhance patient safety and allow clinicians to spend more time with patients.
