This new line extension, combined with the existing BUDDE(R) Halo System, allows Integra to offer neurosurgeons a comprehensive line of brain retractors. Like the BUDDE(R) Halo System, the new Integra Brain Retractor System attaches to standard MAYFIELD(R) skull clamps. The modular components of the Integra Brain Retraction System have a low-profile design that allows the neurosurgeon improved access to the surgical field. The design also provides easy and rapid set-up, as well as the flexibility of multiple configurations required for surrounding the surgical site, in a wide variety of neurosurgical procedures.
