(TSX: IZP) today announced the appointment of Jeremy Curnock Cook as the Chairman of the Board of Directors effective immediately. Mr. Curnock Cook succeeds John Hodgman who served as Inflazyme’s Chairman since November 2005. Mr. Hodgman has resigned his position due to increased commitments resulting from his recent appointment as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at InterMune Inc., in California.
