TCTMD -- A strategy of immediate coronary angiography shortly after admission for patients who experience out-of-hospital cardiac arrest may significantly improve survival. The findings of a French study published in the June 2010 issue of Circulation Cardiovascular Interventions, suggest the strategy should be employed even in those with no sign of ST-segment elevation.
