Aduro Biotech Inc. is an unknown in many ways, but as one former Defense Department boss once said, there are known unknowns and unknown unknowns.
It seems that investors have gotten to know Aduro (NASDAQ: ADRO). The Berkeley company raised $119 million in an initial public offering of 7 million shares Wednesday, and the stock more than doubled by later in the day to $36.55 per share.
