MarketWatch -- Hotel Outsource Management International, Inc. (OTCBB:HOUM.OB) (“HOMI”, or the “Company”), announced today that it has sold one of its subsidiaries. On February 10, 2009, Remstone Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of HOMI Israel Ltd., which is a wholly owned subsidiary of HOMI, sold its interest in HOMI’s South African subsidiary to Clevo Corporation S.A., a Panama corporation. The purchase price was $205,000. The transaction is effective as of January 28, 2009.
