Holy Smoke Barbecue Restaurant Opening in Roxborough Section of Philadelphia

Philadelphia Business Journal -- A chef with a long résumé as a caterer and corporate chef has opened a barbecue restaurant in the Roxborough section of Philadelphia. Holy Smoke, which had its official opening on Thursday, is owned an operated by Chef Keith Taylor, who has been a chef at the University of Pennsylvania and HEI Hotels, and for the New Jersey Nets and Devils.
