(Nasdaq:GNMK), a leading provider of automated, multiplex molecular diagnostic testing systems, today announced the appointment of Dr. James Fox as Chairman of the Board. Dr. Fox is replacing Christopher Gleeson, who is retiring from the Board to attend to personal health matters.
