In an effort to answer needs of both clients and career professionals in the life science field, FDAQRC has expanded its service line to include Recruiting. Thís new product line, FDAQRCandidates, gives the company an opportunity to provide an additional service experience for both clients and customers.

FDAQRCandidate will specialize in placing Quality Assurance (QA), Regulatory Affairs (RA), Validation including computerized system, process, equipment and cleaning, and Chemistry, Manufacturing and Control (CMC), professionals in permanent, interim and contracted positions.

Leading FDAQRCandidates is Alex Williamson who was recently hired as the Director of Recruiting. Williamson, has served in leadership roles in multiple global recruitment organizations over the past eight years. This has enabled him to develop a “best in class” recruitment methodology. “As the search for talent intensifies in the life sciences sector, we are able to bring current market insights and effective recruitment solutions to both clients and candidates,” he said.

Since 2009, FDAQRC has been overseeing Quality Consultants on short-term projects. “Due to the high demand of biotech, pharma, and life science, clients need a more long-term commitment with quality professionals,” Williamson added. “FDAQRC has expanded its expertise to cover the requirement for more permanent placements, answering a huge client need”
