Explore The Anatomy Of A Turnaround At Detroit Medical Center At IABC/Detroit’s November Program

WHAT: IABC/Detroit hosts Richard T. Cole, Ph.D. of the DMC for a lunchtime program on the anatomy of a turnaround. Cole explains how increased competition, rising costs and a drop in patient satisfaction could have meant a grim diagnosis for the DMC. Instead, the DMC uses strategic marketing and communications as part of its plan to restore the organization's healthy image. Cole will provide examples from the plan to illustrate how the DMC story can help your organization meet its communication and business objectives.
