GAINESVILLE, Fla., Oct. 12 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Exactech, Inc. , announced today that Albert Burstein, Ph.D, a member of the board and the lead design engineer for the company’s Optetrak(R) knee implant, received the Lifetime Achievement Award from the International Society for Technology and Arthroplasty (ISTA) at its annual symposium in New York this week.

The ISTA award recognizes career-long contributions and achievements that have advanced the art and science of arthroplasty.
