BOSTON & CARLSBAD, Calif. & WASHINGTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--EBD Group’s BioPharm America™ will kick off its 2013 program with an Opening Plenary entitled “Strategic R&D Planning: The Chameleon Rubik’s Cube” on Tuesday, September 17.
