QC Times -- Davenport will provide the developer of the Blackhawk Hotel with a $7.6 million bridge loan during the project. Davenport finance director Alan Guard told the City Council on Wednesday that the loan through Wells Fargo is to help Restoration St. Louis with cash flow during the project. The money will be paid out in a series of installments after the company hits construction milestones, with the final installment in July, 2011.
