Medical device-maker Covidien is transferring roughly 100 jobs in its technical services department from its Boulder location to a facility in Plainfield, Indiana.
John Jordan, a company spokesman, said the restructuring will take place over the next 12 to 18 months. The company notified a "small group" of employees in Boulder of the plan on Monday.
