Conjuchem Inc. and Dr. Claude Vezeau announced today that Dr. Vezeau has resigned from Conjuchem’s Board of Directors. This decision was mutually agreed to in the best interest of Conjuchem Inc. Dr. Vezeau reiterated that he intends to vigorously defend the proceedings instituted against him by the Autorité des Marchés Financiers.
