NEWTON, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Clinical Data, Inc. (NASDAQ: CLDA) announced today that the Total Lab Care (TLCsm) Group of its Vital Diagnostics division has signed a Laboratory Service Agreement (LSA) with Greater Cincinnati Associated Physicians, Inc., Cincinnati, Ohio (GCAP). This multi-year, comprehensive service agreement provides consultative services for the operation of GCAP’s new state of the art clinical laboratory. It is anticipated that the new laboratory will perform over 500,000 tests annually.
