("ZECOTEK"or "ZMS"), (TSX VENTURE:ZMS), is pleased to announce that it has entered into a non-binding Letter of Understanding with SYNOPTICS, an affiliate of Northrop Grumman Corporation Space Technology ("SYNOPTICS"), to proceed at once with negotiations regarding the establishment of a Joint Development Relationship and the execution of a license for the manufacture of ZECOTEK's LFS scintillation material.
